Goldstar Heathrow offers each of its customers a highly professional, reliable and personal Gold Service. Our experienced controllers will choose the right vehicle to move your freight in the most efficient and cost effective way and provide you with an accurate quotation and delivery time.

We supply all our customers with proof of delivery - by email on the completion of each job. Cheque on delivery is free and returned within 24 hours. All our vehicles come equipped with the appropriate load restraints, bonding cords, seals and locks. All our drivers have a thorough understanding of ‘known freight’ and will ensure that your freight is loaded safely always checking for damage and any discrepancies.

Through our on-going investment in communications and IT we ensure all our operations are reliable and punctual. All Goldstar Heathrow's vehicles are fitted with the latest digital vehicle tracking systems enabling us to precisely locate our vehicles at any time both in the UK and in Europe, and all our drivers carry mobile phones. We also use an automated booking system that ensures we keep track of all the relevant information for each job.
